I got a great deal on the price of this TV, and I am pleasantly surprised at the great picture it has. I knew going in that the HDMI and other connections were lacking on this unit, but with a few changes in the way I connected my components, I was able to overcome what I was use to. The user manual is lacking some of the specific technical detail that I would like to see, but I guess for a novice it is OK. All in all it's a good tv and I would recommend it.
